The new HJ GPS has the powerful Ubox Neo-6M GPS.
This new design and the included hard case with incorporated collapsible pedestal mount, provides a convenient method of mounting the compass away from sources of interference. The GPS unit features active circuitry for the ceramic patch antenna, rechargeable backup battery for hot starts, and I2C EEPROM for configuration storage. The GPS is also shipped pre-configured for use with HKPILOT, so there is no need to get the old FTDI cable out.
